The Patient Support System (PSS) is a web based application that we have developed for client’s hospital. The PSS allows patients to interact with health care providers via a real-time chat, phone call or video. Patients can create an account, log in, create a health event, provide a health history, and then enter a customer service queue and wait for a physician operator to speak with them. The system is essentially a merger of a customer support service application and an electronic medical records (EMR) system.

The customer service side of the application emulates the Kayako LiveResponse system, but with added features relevant to health care. Almost all features of Kayako Live Response are used in this system. EMR functions is layered on top of the Kayako application (http://www.kayako.com/screenshots/liveresponse/livesupport/). There is also a management console and a clear console for watching the queues, running reports, uploading files, creating users, etc.

They partner with companies to design, build and install network systems to fit their needs. Once up and running, they train other companies’ associates and keep the network running smoothly to help meet the needs of the company. ESOLPK provided a full time dedicated resource to MDL Technologies who is responsible for Client CRM needs. Developer is fixing issues with CRM systems and adding features for client websites. LandMasters Energy Management Systems is a USA based company, dedicated providing high quality land and ownership management tools and services. Oil and gas exploration and production involves the management of thousands of acres of land, multitudes of mineral owners, working interest owners, and land professionals. LEMS provides fully integrated database to offer management tools for the well operator and other land professionals utilizing cloud computer technology.

We, at i-TRO, have been the service provider for LandMasters Energy Management Systems. Our Product development team developed a custom software application to maintain the Land and Tract Data for all Clients. Other features include management and maintenance of land lease records, legal contracts, mineral and various types of land interests in relational database to eliminate duplicate data entry and preventing errors. This software application is targeted for Land men, Attorneys, Mineral Owners and Managers and/or other representatives who are in the field. The development technology is .NET with MS SQL Server.

After the first phase of development completed, LandMasters Energy Management Systems has acquired a full time Project development team on on-going basis from i-TRO to work continually on this project.

JourneyEd is a software company's total academic marketing solution. Many of their software company clients rely on them for different work. i-TRO Project Development  team is engaged in the customization of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta ERP system and to their large scale applications and other IT requirements on long term basis. Journey Ed has hired 2 full time programmers from us.

Autocraft has been operating in 8 countries worldwide having staff of 300. Marketing DAO is an internet marketing company located in Germany that provides variety of online marketing services like affiliate marketing, Adwords, blogging, Article marketing, list building, SEO consulting and SEO website promotion. This contract includes the hiring of senior PHP Programmers on part time basis that is providing technical customer support and script installation services to the Marketing DAO 1000+ customers worldwide. The resource is taking care of script installation service as well as tech part of the support desk and also working closely with the client's development team.

ISNetworld is an on-line contractor/supplier management database. Owner Clients evaluate their contractor/supplier's information to meet internal and governmental requirements. ISNetworld Review and Verification Services (RAVS) validate this information. Additionally, Contractor/Suppliers use the system to manage training and record keeping requirements. i-TRO outsourced Project Development team .to ISNetWorld to work on their various applications.

 i-TRO Project development team is working on web application cheapcover.com on ongoing basis. This application is for an Insurance Technology company which is part of Fortis (UK) Limited, a leading provider of personal and commercial insurance solutions in the UK. Set up in 2006, they provide, through the web, an insurance aggregation service for consumers to search for and make comparisons of prices for motor insurance business.

i-TRO outsourced Project development team  to A & J marketing Inc, to develop, maintain and manage their website and software projects on on-going basis.

i-TRO outsourced a part time PHP Programmer on contractual basis to Diamond Geezer TM, to develop and manage their website on on-going basis.

i-TRO, an offshore software development centre, outsourced an admin resource on contractual basis to TheraSimTM. The major administrative tasks are to schedule the meetings, designing assignments and planning the business requirements for the client including assessing their needs and ascertaining the potential to meet those needs through support.

Cross media ran an advertising campaign for a pharmacy firm and carried out SEO and SEM activities to generate leads and customers on various famous search engines like Google and Yahoo. The basic scope of the project was Quality Assurance of this campaign on internet. i-TRO thoroughly studied the process and procedures involve in this project. The internal understanding of the project along with the complete brainstorm session with the Quality Assurance technical team was conducted for this valuable project. i-TRO dedicated a person in its off shore facility to coordinate with Cross Media’s campaign manager in finding out issues and errors while following the process being forwarded by Cross media. The concerned persons searched and retrieved the bugs from the internet campaigns and reported the errors to the Cross Media management. This major task of assigned QA resource was to keep an eye on the online pharmacy campaign and ensure that it is running smooth.
